4 Buddha Singing Bowls

Here, the first, 'Om' is the symbol of pure noble body, speech, and mind of a Buddha. The second, 'Mani', means jewel, symbolizes the factors of method: (the) altruistic intention to become enlightened, compassion, and love. The two syllables, "Padme", meaning lotus, symbolize wisdom. Purification can be gained by an invisible unity of method and wisdom, represented by the word 'Hum', which indicates invisibility.

About Singing Bowl

Singing bowls also called the healing bowls, can be traced back Asia as early as 2000 B.C. Their popularity is due to their fine craftsmanship and remarkable sound. Tibetan Singing Bowl are made from different metals which produce a range of deep resonance, soothing and long lasting sound when playing the bowl. Bowls have a double effect, with sound and vibration. It is a best for purpose of meditation and yoga courses, mindfulness, stress reduction, therapies, healing, and so on. New singing bowls may be plain or decorated or customized based on your (customers) needs.

Decorated bowls are hand engraved inside with varieties of antique, simple and beautiful arts, designs, or mantras (Tibetan mantra of compassion, Om Mani Padme Hum) by our Nepalese expert craftsmen and crafts women. They can be found outside the rim, inside the bottom, around the top of the rim and sometimes on the outside bottom of the bowl.

How to play the Singing Bowl?

There are usually five basic techniques for playing bowls. Hand beating, Encircling, Adding the water in the bowl, Adding of toneless vowels, and Spinning. These different techniques of playing the bowls will produce different melody, different sound, and vibrations. A good Tibetan handmade bowls can produce all the energy and harmonic at the same time if it is played correctly.
