Return, exchange, refund policy and Invoice Validity
The refund is applied for up to 30 days only till your purchase. If it exceeds, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:
- Must be unused and in brand new condition
- Must be in original packaging , with all the tags and packaging material still intact.
- If you have received a damaged condition, negotiation is always open for a solution.
Documents required:
- Receipt or proof of purchase ( Order Number )
Note: We do not hold any accountability if you proceed to send the items back without any prior authorization.
Reminder:
- You will receive email notification from us once your refund is approved.
- You will also receive email notification from us once we receive your returned item.
- Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 5-10 business days of your refund approval.
Also:
- To initiate a return for your product, please send it to the provided address upon approval of your return request.
- You will need to bear the shipping costs for returning the item.
- Additionally, please be aware that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are remitted to the carriers directly.
- Should you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted accordingly.
- The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location
Invoice Validity:
Please note that invoice we make for you is valid upto one month time. The changes to it is strictly applicable as per the changes in the price of raw materials.
Cancellation Policy
- Please place your request to cancel within 1 week after the order is placed and we are able to stop the production. In case of exceeding this time period, clients will need to bear the cost of raw materials and 10% cancellation fee is deducted from the invoice value.
